Despite this being a 20 mph, one way street, people drive insanely fast and often the WRONG WAY down the street. As the picture shows, the wrong was is poorly marked with only one, old faded do not ever sign. A speed bump is the only way to get people to slow down here because the 20 mph sign is clearly not working. Please give me any advice on what we can do to make our street safer.

A lot of seedy characters also hang out at this location and use the bushes to hide out. They really need to be trimmed routinely or possibly removed.

Stating last week, there are several construction workers in the house doing framing. They are there right now. The red stop work permit is still posted and there is no permit visible.
