I noticed an incomplete graffiti tag belonging to a prolific vandal in November 2018 and it was reported to the city's Graffiti Abatement Program and they closed the file right away, only to have the same graffiti vandals come back again and add more vandalism to it.

The vandal's tagging moniker is NAIVE and his crew is BWF. Lookup #naivebwf and #naivegraffiti on Instagram and you will see a ton of places he had defaced.
