I know we would be the ones to be fined and arrested! We the TAX Paying Citizens get the short end of the stick. Homeless should be fined and force to clean up areas, if they can't, run them out of town. I NO longer feel sorry for them!

I know many, many homeless people in town and they all ask for help - constantly - with garbage collection, employment, shelter, housing, even rehab and mental health resources. The services just aren't there, yet all I do is pay tax after tax as a homeowner, consumer, etc. What's it going to take for our taxes to go to helping the people who need it most?!

They get trash pick up 2 times a week and it's still a mess. They hoard everything, even trash. They don't want help. They wander up and down the street doing nothing. Their dogs are unchained and always running in and out of the street. This street used to be a two way now it's a one way because if all their trash.

They come every Monday and Thursday.

Solano County gets all the money. They should go to Fairfield and ask for help, they control al the funds for the Unhoused.

They won't leave unless forced. They got the life over there , they don't get bothered. Dumbasses come and bring them food twice a day. Free trash pick up. Only thing all that does is promote the garbage lifestyle they live.

City of Vallejo, please do something about this biological hazard. They are using the White Slough as their toilet and it is starting to smell from all of the raw sewage that is filling up the slough.
