The streetlights aren't coming on (or come on way too late) in the entrance to Petronius S. Jones Park at the corner of Idlewood and South Allen. The 1731 Idlewood Address is directly across the street.

This City owned lot is overgrown and needs attention for vegetation management

There is black graffiti on the South Allen St overpass at the south side,, at the intersection with Grayland Ave. On both sides of the overpass. This is city property; not private; no release form needed. Note that there are a number of open graffiti requests within 3 blocks of here; it would make sense to handle them all together.

Recently I have reported quite a few incidences of graffiti throughout Carytown. This case is on the side of this building facing the alley. Given the number of incidences of graffiti in Carytown -- arguably one of Richmond's most visible areas -- I'm going to ask that someone form the city take a few minutes and simply drive around the Carytown area and really address this issue; there are quite a few cases of graffiti that are still unreported.

This is the house address but the issue is at the rear of the property, at the intersection of Grayland and S. Addison. The issues are:
(1) There has been a small trash pile of branches on the sidewalk for weeks if not months. They are maybe 2" in diameter and 2 feet long. Really only an armful.
(2) As a code issue, this address's supercan is *always* on the sidewalk and never seems to be removed.
