    At the corner of Wilson and Farragut loitering in the parking lot of Food Mart Store on the Old Wilson side. Lately it has been five days in a row. They are talking so loudly it sounds like yelling. We (numerous neighbors) hear them from a distance with our doors shut. I am told they are drinking leaving empty bottles around. We hear their music thumping. They also have been doing doughnuts in the dirt lot next to the store creating lots of dust.
