Good afternoon,
This tree was cut down 1.5 years ago in front of our house and the stump remains a trip hazard. I cannot get anyone to remove it because it is on the city's right of way. Can you tell me when it can be removed? The stump and roots are of concern. Thank you, Annette Charles
