broken side walk with bumps and lifted concrete. Dangerous to walk have to use street to walk through the portion of the sidewalk. Not handicap accessible. Can not go through with a wheel chair. Most sidewalks in these neighborhoods are not wide enough for people in wheelchairs to use. I believe they are not ADA compliant.
