The traffic light at Camp/Hoyt has a left-turn arrow that never seems to be activated. The arrow is essential for traffic traveling eastbound on Camp to be able to safely make a left turn on Hoyt(northbound). This has been a problem for quite a few years. Multiple vehicles are forced to run the red light to make the left turn.
