Trash blocking drainage. Week after week this property has a different set of trash piled up there. After months of monitoring, it's clear this isn't Harvey trash (this street certainly didn't flood), as it changes every few weeks. Piles of trash include furniture, sometimes computers/TVs, mattresses, clothes, you name it. It's a health hazard, drainage block, and eye sore. Residents may have demolition business and bring trash home? Either way, has been going on for months and has been reported multiple times. Please do something.
