Descripción
Due to abandoned home and empty lot, people have gone through broken fence and are hauling stuff out out of back yard. This attracted more scavengers where one was wielding a hatchet. This also resulted in what looked like attempted (or successful) auto break ins. Finally, after multiple calls to police from neighbors, police came but hatchet wielder had already left. The police did return and arrest the accomplice.
