Hi Frankford folks; Did anyone in the area who has thieving scumbag neighbors notice them having a large, round, blue, recycling can with no lid on it? It was stolen from in front of my house on Griscom street in Frankford last trash day 8/8/2016. Some low life dumped out all the recycles and stole it. If you would be so kind as to pm me with its location that would be great thanks! It is large like a trash can and I still have the lid that goes to it.
