Some of the trash, old furniture, old tires and general garbage were pushed to the other side of the road. There is still much, too much unhealthy debris sitting in front of a historical building. Inside the yard area, weeds are growing throughout the cracks in the broken surfaces. Why??? The railroad tracks are also still full of garbage. Why are these beautiful structures still sitting in the middle of a messy problem??? The owner(s) should be sited & billed for ALL the subsequent cleanups. Then, if no payments come forth after final notification, attach his/her/owners' personal properties & sell it/them for the cleanups being performed. If extra help is needed, advertise for paid volunteers to help with the cleanup. The money from the properties sales could pay for the volunteers to help keep the areas cleaned up.
