There are 2 german Shepard that jump up on the fence when we walk by on public sidewalk. Do not know if they are aggressive but it frightens me. I have reported this before and nothing has been done. The sidewalk is along Vulcan St NW. The address where the dogs are is 6404 Ja Ct NW.
