Caller is reporting a car that has been in the same spot. He stated it is down the street from him and has been there for almost 2 weeks without moving. He stated it did appear to be operational and it might belong to the house at 4036 E Limelight place but he knows it hasn't moved for at least 2 week. He did not want to give a name or contact info. I thanked him for hte report and informed him I'd get it to the appropriate department.
