As I live directly across the street, I can certainly attest that no more than four people reside there. That and I never have any issues with noise. These residents are always helping out their neighbors and are good community members. The accusations posted here are baseless and without merit.

I will contact the police from this point forward. The complaint is not without merit. This has been a nuisance property for quite some time, pit bulls barking, fights, litter, and the music is beyond anything that can be considered acceptable. We have located information for the slumlord who owns the property & discovered that he owns another deteriorating property in our formerly nice neighborhood. We will be taking legal action if the situation continues. If other neighbors don't mind bass line every evening, that is fine for them. On the other hand, they can not dictate the standards of others. Thank you for the assistance.

Not to belabor this point, but I've owned my home for 15 years and it is hardly in disrepair. And to further clarify, while there are numerous dogs on our block and one dog at 2100, it is not a pit bull. The property is also not owned by a "he".

Actually, the owner is listed as a living trust. The trust is overseen by the trustee, and would be the person who would respond to any legal action the neighbors decide to take. We will let the neighborhood law attorneys & possibly a judge decide whether there is merit to the complaints based on the evidence.

It should not have to devolve to this point. It is very simple, please just listen to your music at a level where people for a two block radius are not subjected to it in their homes or backyards. Everyone likes to listen to music, we somehow manage to do that without disturbing our neighbors. The lack of common courtesy in this town is epidemic at this point.

There is no need to have a conversation about it. If the music continues to be played loud enough for me to hear it in my house or backyard, I will contact the police department. I work & go to school full time. 2 weeks ago I had to leave my house in order to finish writing a paper for one of my classes due to the noise coming from your rental property. The day this complaint was made, I was trying to study for an exam & my walls were vibrating from your bass line. If you want to have parties that include playing music at that level, you should consider renting a venue. We have laws and city ordinances for a reason.

I realize that Vallejo is not the intellectual capital of California, but when a group of rude, middle aged "community members" can detrimentally affect a student from studying.....well, that is an entirely new level of ensuring that the stupid spreads. By the way, when your neighbors a block away can hear your bass line multiple times per week, from inside of their homes, you cease to be a "good community member." Our property values & schools will never improve when every other block, in every neighborhood has one of these low-rent rental properties. Then when the occupants figure out the landlord is actually an absentee slumlord, they move in a bunch of their loser friends to share their one bathroom abode. And in typical V town fashion, various dogs (usually pit-bulls). Sounds healthy for the neighborhood, doesn't it?

Not even a week later & we are making our dinner to the sound of the bass line from the cognitively impaired inhabitants of 2100 Indiana Street. I guess that's what passes as "good community members" in V town. Its a very ghetto christmas!

We are trying to enjoy our dinner, which includes my 7 year old nephew who does not need to hear H** & B**** wafting through the air the week before Santa comes. We have company on Christmas Eve. And if we can hear you bass line, I will contact the police department, as much as I want to avoid bothering them with this type of petty issue. Yes, I see that you are not a student. And I think that is the biggest problem here. Are you paying attention City of Vallejo? This is why the schools are the worst in the state, almost every neighborhood looks like a third world slum & the reason the only business that wants to set up shop here is some variety of dollar store. These crowded, loud, shabby rentals scare decent families away & drive down property values. Make slumlords your #1 priority.
