6 medium size plastic bags have been illegally dumped on Meadows Drive open space, across from Mokelumne Drive. Some of the bags are torn and items scattered around include multiple large Hennessey (alcohol) bottles, beer cans and trash. City of Vallejo, please remove as soon as you can.
