Please add stop sign for Eastbound traffic on Alta Vista heading North on Celine. We've seen a lot of cars who do not yield when turning left, usually speeding and cutting the corner too close almost hitting oncoming southbound traffic on Celine Additionally, people have run straight through that intersection crashing into the garage of the home directly east of the intersection Please add a stop sign.

mind your own business nevermind what the homeless are doing if they're not coming right up to you and bothering you leave them alone trust me they'd be at home most likely if they had one doing the same thing so mind your own business. they're just trying to live their life

A culvert runs parallel to San Juan Ave, along the east side of the roadway, crossing Kalamazoo Drive, connecting the stormwater drain ditches. The culvert is partially plugged under Kalamazoo Drive. This causes water to build up on the northern end of the culvert overrunning onto and across the street.

Can the city unplug the culvert allowing water to freely flow again down the drainage ditch until it meets up with the storm drain pipe several properties downstream?

Homeless camp has setup on sunrise street in front of Sunrise Oaks Apartments

The creek has plenty of garbage that can obstruct the correct flowing of the water in the coming rain season. There is also a baby swimming pool in there.
