This sidewalk and curb cut have become much more hazardous since last year when it was reported and a request to replace it was first submitted here. A large piece of concrete has come loose and is jutting up creating a hazard for pedestrians and vehicles. This is aggravated by large city sanitation trucks. Please repair.
