Description

Location of squatter: In Lake Dalwig park, close to the NW side of park and ride, where there's a gate that opens for city vehicles. 100 feet west of the gate on the path, a man is sleeping with bicycle parts on the south side of the path. During the day, he's under the tree opposite the gate working on bikes. This is now the second homeless encampment in the park.
