Description

There has high water standing at the corner of S. Trunk Ave. & Spring Ave. It has been standing for two (2) months now. It is so high that it comes up to the doors on most of the cars in that try to go through it. This is a safety hazard. If someone comes through this corner at night they could either was out their brakes or stall out or even have a really bad wreck. THIS HAS GONE ON TOOOO LONG
