Code Enforcement Division assigned this issue to Christina E., Community Services Section (CSS)

I don't understand. This has been reported here several times. Code Enforcement and Community Services have assigned officers to the issue several times, it has been reported internally by library staff, it is in clear view of city employees, management, and Council Members, entering City Hall. Yet nothing is being done about it. We need clean-up, continued maintenance, and perhaps an explanation why this building was rendered empty - by the city - so precipitously, and then left abandoned and unsecured.
