@VallejoMan depending on where the issue is, will determine who the jurisdiction lies under. If we're talking about abandoned vehicles/RVs/Motorhomes on the street then you would need to be sent to Vallejo Police Dept Traffic Division. If its on the Freeway side/grass, etc it is in fact CalTrans jurisdiction. I would love to help you but Code Enforcement can only enforce certain issues on private property.
The address of 1295 Enterprise is in fact a private property not a public property owned by the city. We have had Code Officers in this area in the past month and they have only seen them on the Caltrans property.
If the homeless is on public property then I will advice you to speak to the Mayor and City Council members on your frustration with how the city is being run.
