Description

ALL THE STREET LIGHTS DONT WORK, THE HOMELESS BUMS AND TWEAKERS ARE BREAKING INTO THEM AND EITHER TRYING TO STEAL POWER OR THEY ARE DESTROYING THEM SO ITS DARK HERE AT NIGHT! WE CANNOT SEE ANYTHING , IT IS EXTREMELY UNSAFE
