@VallejoMan depending on where the issue is, will determine who the jurisdiction lies under. If we're talking about abandoned vehicles/RVs/Motorhomes on the street then you would need to be sent to Vallejo Police Dept Traffic Division. If its on the Freeway side/grass, etc it is in fact CalTrans jurisdiction. I would love to help you but Code Enforcement can only enforce certain issues on private property.
The address of 1295 Enterprise is in fact a private property not a public property owned by the city. We have had Code Officers in this area in the past month and they have only seen them on the Caltrans property.

You asked for an address where the issues are at. It's clearly not the private property but the street in front of the property. Use your brain ...

Just yesterday they dumped there poop etc in the walkway behind my house I could smell it and my husband confronted them and they said they wouldnt do it again. I am sick and tired of dealing with them I shouldnt have to move because there a bunch of careless humans ugh
