This is absolutely unacceptable. This situation should be delt with immediately. It completely intrupts free passage and should be removed.

Call VPD and tell them vehicles are illegally blocking roadway to pass through

Last time I saw the homeless there were no cars just tarp on top of a tent. It looked like a base with bicycles and trash. I just want this alley to be clean.
