Abandoned cars, garbage and a large homeless camp this is ongoing issue for years. From The corner of Porter Street all the way down to the old plant, Lemon Street has become a blight and garbage dump. There are a number of new residents living in vans and trailers using generators all night disturbing the neighbors. You folks keep closing everything that has to do with Lemon St. not closed per se. Depositing garbage and debris onto public property is a violation Vallejo Municipal Code section 7.44.100 which is a misdemeanor offense with a penalty of $1,000 fine and/or up to 6 months in jail. Please do not move garbage and debris from private property to the street or alley.
