Unusual amount of cars lining up sometimes for exchange of ? Can only be drugs or prostitucion as there is a female living there now. Can't feel safe any longer walking around by this site.

Once the ETracket queue was cleared early last year the issue supposedly was going to be addressed. Nothing has happened except for burning police resources to deal with the illegal activity at this site. Do they have a permanent exemption? If there is going to be any action (another ETrakit doesn't count as action), is there an ETA?

Agree there has been a ton of traffic to the camp and illegal dumping in the area. I’ve had to call 911 several times because a man was accosting a woman on Lemon street.

This has been going on for years. Lemon and Derr streets could use some help. Not only is there the illegal activity at the homeless site, but the endless dumping, the junkyard at 303 and the junk vehicles in the 300 and 400 block. Occasionally the city rousts some of the cars, takes pictures, and files Etrakits, but then everything returns to "normal."
