    There are a couple of dead branches on the street tree just below our house. It is on the sidewalk between two houses. We would like to have the branches removed before they fall. Thank you. (I could not find an option for tree branch removal— apologies for the “weed” category!)

    Overgrown weeds blocking the sidewalk and the street here. Reported months ago by multiple people, but the hazard still exists.

    What is the City doing here to enforce? Please act on this nuisance and liability ASAP.

    Note this is related to several complaint about the same property for blight on private property. All of this is a hazard and a liability coming from the same negligent owner and the failure of the City to take appropriate measures to enforce the Code and remedy the situation without delay.

    The public walkway between 2745 and 2755 25th Ave that leads up to Grande Vista Pl is littered with several extremely large, extremely dead tree branches, left either from trimming by the city or by PG&E. It’s a hazard for pedestrians and could become a much bigger problem as fire season ramps up.
