    They're using the burned out house as storage now because their own porch overflowed. That is not their property. They were lucky to be spared from fire the first time. Prescott is a block away. CHILDREN will be walking by in less than a month. Please expedite the second conviction court proceedings and cleanup, and the demolition if possible. Not to mention the house needs painted and all of us are expected to adhere to that. Near South needs your help. It is only getting worse in Lincoln's most historical, most dense, and most diverse neighborhood.

    Stadium husker lights on all the time Have talked to thehuskerr visionpeople and they said it would be corrected Months later it's still happening This has been going on during non game hours for several years now Was told the grounds keeper probably forgot to turn them off We Would like to be in our neighborhood in the the evening and not have the stadium lights be the constant focal point It is very obtrusive and according to the city ordinance we read on line, the stadium lights are not to be on all the time They are violating the rules and the don't seem to care, especially now that they are LED This is another visual issue in Lincoln Light pollution gets worse here by the month I'm sure the wildlife is suffering worse There is plenty of data now about the negative effects Please help

    This isn't even HALF of what I tripped over in front of our condo in the Haymarket. I will be sending any medical bills to the City of Lincoln if I trip one more time. This alley is the most travelled alley in lincoln besides the art gallery alley. It is on such disarray it's sickening. We pay a LOT of taxes and have walking hazards at every step in this small stretch on concrete. Please be proactive and repair it. Thank you.

    I have continuously cleaned up this area and tried to find a landlord and or property manager seems that if no one cares about the trash and blows all over my yard and even have people who have trash dumped in my driveway needs to be maintained or have dumpsters moved somewhere else

    The home at this address on a busy street displays a large profane sign in the picture window, just blocks from Pershing Elementary, Mickle Middle, and Northeast High schools. While it is understood that free speech is the law of the land, the Nebraska Legislature Statute 28-1322 describing the offense Disturbing the peace "includes all violations of public peace and decorum"[...]"enjoyed by citizens of a community." Every day, when I drive by the sign and see children walking by it, my peace and decorum is violated, as is theirs and their parents. Northeast Lincoln parents should not have to worry about their children's exposure to profanity from a large sign on the walk to and from school, nor should citizens as they drive by.

    There are 2 sink holes in the side of the street in front of 1400 Garfield St. One of which is HUGE, about as big as a wheel barrow! I hit it going west around an orange and white barrier from recent work on the street. The work has been finished but the barrier still sits and forced me to go around it and into the hole (It was night and the hole wasn't marked with cones or anything).

    I have front end damage to my car and will be getting estimates this week for body and under carriage damage. The thing is over at least a foot and a half deep! The other is only feet away and still could damage a vehicle. Needs fixed before you have more claims against the city than mine. Thanks, Tammy S. Haines
