This place operates as a junkyard without a junkyard permit

These apartments are abandoned and are rotting There have been fires and all that has been done is a giant tarp laid over the building so long ago that now IT is deteriorating Just in passing, I have seen homeless in there, drug deals in the driveway, and who knows what else is happening in there It looks terrible for the neighborhood Owners should be fined, be forced to to raze every thing to the ground if they want to let it sit Shameful owners and shame to the city for letting this go on for so long (YEARS!)

Everyone that drives by the abandoned house wonders why the garage door has been pushed in making it look like illegal entry has been made and the house is being used by the local homeless population. The house should be secured so illegal entry is not easily made
