    Due to the placement of the donation box, vehicles needing to turn on O St must pull up almost on the sidewalk therefore impeding pedestrians. The addition of the flying banner sign makes it very difficult to check oncoming traffic. Both items need moved back so traffic can be checked without blocking the sidewalk.

    It is 11 pm on Saturday evening and the noise from O street is so loud. Keep in mind my windows are closed and I live a 1/2 block from A Street. The constant roar of not regular traffic but vehicles with enhanced noise making abilities from engines to mufflers is out in full force. This is nothing new but needs to be addressed by the local officials. Quality of life is impacted by this juvenile gear head activity not only by the noise but O street is a dangerous place to drive on Weekend evenings due to the lack of enforcement of speeding limits, noise limits and loitering. Please address this as I can only imagine what people that live a block off of O must endure. Thank you.

    The bump out in the right turn lane of north bound 70th at O created at the end of the new VA Clinic right turn lane is hazardous. Last evening around 9pm a vehicle did not see it and was barely able to stop in time before hitting it. Please look into correcting the roadway geometry or adding signage, such as a delineator to make it more visible.

    This is probably the tenth time these people have done this where they just burn random junk. They brought in a trailer of stuff, appeared to be a painted cabinet or something like that.

    I was just through this area yesterday and I see that the city put in an object marker (WA-33R) for northbound S. 70th at "L" Sts... thank you for doing that!

    However, I think the main concern is the bulb-out at the driveway to the north of "L"... where the grade of the roadway dips below the sightline and where the bulb-out lives somewhat out if sight in it's all of it's white concrete glory -- a color that matches the roadway. There are quite a few tire marks on the bulb-out... I would have to think that after seeing the situation there, that this is where the object marker probably needs to be.

    (not quite sure why the city did not instead extend this right turn lane as a third lane all of the way up to "O", but it's okay)

    Please have a look and would recommend having/relocating the object marker to this location.

    Regarding ticket #10057055 (lane drop pavement markings locations) - this will be added to as locations are recognized.

    Definite locations:
    *Southbound S. 56th at Randolph/Cotner (all lanes).
    *Eastbound W. Adams at NW 12th (right lane that transitions to the southbound ramp).
    *Eastbound Yankee Hill at S. 27th (right lane)

    Questionable locations:
    *Northbound and southbound Cotner at Vine (these might be better served with a solid line all the way through)
    *Westbound "P" at N. 56th (both lanes transition).
    *Southbound S. 48th at Cornhusker (right turn lane that is not immediately recognized due to no curb at Progressive).
