I don't understand why the city is allowing this landlord to trash Moument Avenue. I previously reported this as issue 236825 on 2012.09.20 and issue 270816 on 2012.11.05. The photo attached is from this morning 2013.06.24. This is a chronic condition that needs to be fixed ... at intersection of Monument and Franklin at Lord Fairfax apartments ... there are not enough trash cans at this apartment building ... it is a common occurrence for trash to be all over the ground .. it's a disgusting health hazard that is going to attract rats ... previous response was that building maintenance would closely monitor this problem ... they are not doing it

the trash can at 3917 W Grace Street (in alley at rear) is damaged and needs to be replaced ... the broken area is allowing water to stand in the can creating a mosquito hazard ... see photo
