    Possible lead paint ?

    Please do something about this issue .
    I share the house with 30 Bank st . It is a rental property .
    I have been trying for a year to communicate with the owner and health department about chipped paint from their property flying to my house , balding porch and street .
    Yesterday , they were replacing the windows without covering them in the plastic so more paint was flying all over .
    I personally came to your office to report the problem because your phones did not work .

    I asked the owner to vacuum the paint chips and she and her construction crew refused to do it .
    Please do something about it and feel free to share this with rental department since I don't understand how does this house wth a literally holes in the siding , pass housing inspection .

    Residents are keeping their trash cans all the time on the sidewalk , same issue on 18 Bank and 35 and 37
    Please walk there and see .
    I don't want to inhale garbage smell and love ok at the trash cans every time I walk by .
