    The street looks like it is literally disintegrating in front of the entrance to our church parking lot.

    We have an abandoned Motor Home parked in front of our church for a couple of weeks. Registration expired in 2010 and side door has been open the whole time. I know homeless are helping themselves to stuff inside and probably sleeping there as well. It is full of trash and clothes and we keep finding stuff all over sidewalk and parking lot.

    There is a pile of garbage, mostly bedding and clothes on the sidewalk at 6th & Magazine St. There is also a bin with garbage across the street on the other corner. There is also a big piece of foam mattress in our parking lot on 6th St. right next to a small motor home that has been parked there for a few days.

    There is a huge pothole directly in front of one of our driveways. There is also many more smaller potholes and cracks running up the same side of the street in front of our parking lot on 6th street.

    There has been times I've sat at the light for several minutes with no traffic coming from any other direction. I also see on a daily basis, traffic backed up over the overpass through the preceding intersection. That direction has the most traffic and also has the longest wait at the traffic light. There has been a couple of times I have been stuck coming out of McDonalds waiting for the traffic light to turn with no traffic coming from any other direction.

    There are tennis shoes hanging on wires at 6th and Atherton which I believe usually means a drug house or location. Since there is a lot of activity at the house under the shoes, I tend to believe it.
