Charlton Street Between Muhammad Ali Ave & Spruce Street urgently needs a speed hump. Cars race down the street without any safety concerns because there are no traffic lights. There is a child daycare center, a recreational center and homeowners with young children all on this block. The surrounding blocks all have speed humps, sometimes 2 on one block. This block on Charlton Street has been overlooked.
