Caller says ice in winter makes getting to their mailboxes on main road Virginia a problem. Feels the cause is all due to the drainage work done on Virginia and now the private part of Virginia is having the problem.

She was almost hit there this morning.

He had called before we paved, see attached clickfix from 2023. He had his gutters and leaders redone and was assured by contractor that wet area is not his problem. Says he has pictures of water coming up from the street that he will show Foreman. Please call before we come there again so he can meet with him.

Not a Town tree. Too far in off her DW. Feels that we should cut up because she claims it is a drainage easement. We are not responsible for the stream on her property. We ae only responsible for any repairs needed to the drainage system itself. HO responsible for tree removal.

Apparently there is a wheelchair bound resident whose caretakers have difficulty maneuvering the chair when taking him out for fresh air.

Water appears to be coming from area of the right side of the DW of 208 Locust Rd. which is on Sanford St. Can we check if that is the problem or perhaps broken curbing or something else. She is the only on being affected. Please let her know what we find.
