Clogged storm drain. It's at the edge of our property, now sure who owns it the city or us.

We are doing some landscape renovation and wanted to repair the drain. We removed all of the debris, rusted metal, etc... We then poured water down the drain but you can see it is pooling and not draining properly.

We're happy to try and repair it to help it match our landscaping, but would appreciate if it could at least be unclogged!
