    They're back! Several large homeless encampments and garbage everywhere. Drugs being done in plain view and human excrement. Might wanna clear it our and drop a bunch of boulders down there so it doesn't continue. Its right by the trail and you have been there before. This is a high traffic area for residents.

    Homeless encampment in the park under a large grouping of trees in the southeast part of River Park, strait across from Farragut Avenue. I walk with my young children in this park and would appreciate if you could relocate them to the areas that the homeless are currently occupying near Sacramento Street. Thank you
