    Owner of this property ive spoken too on many occasions in past years to trim the un kept pine trees that over hang over my property as he complains he wants a arborist to cut, long story short these trees are now causing damage to my home and my vehicles and he refuses to do any remedy to make well on a upset neighbor which has caused more tension than needed !!!!!!

    Belle acre road is in very very poor shape i have a few neighbors who are upset that out of all the roads in the area are well maintained except bell acre the're are massive pot holes that form large excessive puddles that are now frozen i fear someone will get hurt as many walk or jog and the road is full of ice currently the road needs to be repaved where is all this money that the town collects for taxes even going!!!!!!!!!

    This fence is in violation to town Records if zoning claims this yard that opposes mine 47 Wheeler Dr as Road Frontage then this fence is in violation as a fence in a front yard cannot exceed 36 inches aka 3 feet this fence in question is over 6 feet closer to 7 feet a permit was never filed for said fence as that is public record please address this issue
