there are 3 lights along the Alphaloop that have been our for at least 4 months. this issue was reported back when they originally went out and the city stated there was a "supply chain problem".
in the last month Alpharetta replaced many at Thompson Street Park and at Voysey but not at Midwick where there is a large dark area that poses a safety risk at night. It's not clear why Midwick is a lower priority than other areas along the loop but it is obvious this was a conscious decision to make our community a low priority. Perhaps it's because we do not have any city officials living here like the communities that received lighting repairs.

Many dozens of Black-Eyed-Susan perennials are dead @ Thompson St Park, especially near the SW corner. These plants are sun & heat tolerant. There are sprinkler heads visible; were they getting watered? They need to be replaced.

The majority of lights on Alphaloop in this section from Midwick to Thompson Street Park are out. They have now been out for about 1 week where it is very dark at night without them and could result in injury in some spots where the grade is steep near the walkway.

Pond pump at Thompson Street Park has been clogged for the past 3 weeks due to mud flow from rain runoff. Pump needs to be unclogged and in addition some attention is needed to prevent mud flow from Foundry. During rainstorm the flow of mud from that development is easily seen and the problem will continue until addressed.

large trucks parked far away from work area leaving only a single lane for traffic. they should move further west, closer to the work and where the street is wider. this creates a traffic safety issue.

Several (6 in total) lights are out along the Alpha Loop including this one at the east end of the path near the pond. This includes 2 lamps out at the west end of Midwick. Both areas are very dark at night and pose security threats to our neighborhood. They have been out for a while and hope the city and contractors can fix them. Additionally, the ones that are working are on during the daytime rather than turning off by light sensor or timer. This is a waste of money we are paying for electricity and shortens the life of light bulbs.

This light along the Alphaloop was vandalized this past weekend and the light was broken. It will need repair. Unfortunately it was only recently installed and is in a spot behind the wooden fence at 112 Thompson Street where the resident cannot see pedestrians on the trail.

The pump at the pond at Thompson Street Park has become clogged and is barely pumping any water. If this fails we will have a significant infestation of mosquitos. Kindly remove the debris from the pump to ensure there is continued movement of water. The picture enclosed shows no water being pumped and the pump itself cycles from no water to partial water strength so it is likely going to fail completely soon. This condition is about 5 days old.
