    Timing is VERY bad. The minute a car approached the intersection on Georgia, the light on Columbus Parkway turns red. Many times 1 or 2 cars get through the intersection when a car approaches on Georgia and again the light instantly turns red for Columbus, often times backing up traffic 10, 12, 15 cars to let 1 car cross the intersection.

    The Park on Goheen Circle & Skyline is maintained by a private company, I believe hired by the city (the residents of this area is charged an additional $326 per year, added to our property taxes ) the maintenance company removes debris from the park and piles it in the street, where it stay. People come by and dig thru it creating a larger mess. Children come by, dig through it and play it it. This in itself is dangerous.
    I have spoken with the maintenance crew about this and am told they report leaving debris to their company who is supposed to work with the city for removal. There is a breakdown somewhere

    There is a large homeless encampment in the open space behind 515 Goheen Cir, They are on the side of a hill in the canyon. They are shielded by a canopy of trees above. They have been here for months. Police have been called multiple times but they remain. There is a HUGE pile of trash and garbage below their encampment creating both a health and fire hazard. Campfire smoke can be smelled on a regular basis.
