I have reported this building on the corner of Amador and Springs multiple times with no follow-up. There is no address listed on property, so I am guessing at address. It is next to Belva's Hair Salon and across from Richer Living Bookstore. There are two broken windows (one boarded up), a piece of wood on the door, graffiti on windows and door. They have sprayed fake Christmas snow in the windows. Owner runs a teak furniture supply business and uses property. Please clean up this eyesore!

Private lot on corner of Amador and Springs has four foot weeds.

Lot on the corner of Amador and Tennessee is being overrun with weeds, falling down fencing. Even though Pg and E was using this as a storage area, it's now abandoned and the weeds need to be cut.

Property is a mess with trash bags, weeds, dogs, graffiti. Weeds extend from private property onto city sidewalks. Graffiti is all along back fence in the alley and also on church next to it.

This property on the corner of Springs and Amador is getting worse. I have reported this many times. Boarded up windows, boarded up door, graffiti, Christmas snow in window, broken window. This is a storage facility for a furniture company. It's a total eyesore. How long is a business/property allowed to have plywood in their windows? I have also seen drug activity on this corner. Please contact the owner and ask them to clean up this property. It was tagged over the weekend.

Carpet, toys and overgrown grass in empty lot on corner of Springs and Amador. Constant illegal dumping here. Who owns this property? They let the grass and weeds grow super high and two times a year they wack them back. Please help. Thanks.

In the alley behind 1101 Tennessee Street there are mattresses, trash, etc... This is the alley bordering the old post office on Amador. This is a constant dumping ground.

This building on the corner of Springs and Amador has a piece of wood for a window and another piece of wood for a door. It is a storage space for a furniture company, so there is an owner. Wood on the windows makes it look abandoned. I have seen drug activity on the corner. It is directly next door to Belva's Hair Salon. The average age of the patrons is 65+. It is not a very safe situation for them. It's also not helped by the fact that the empty lot across the street is a constant source of illegal dumping. These two properties are a constant blight on a decent neighborhood. Please help.

There are 4 pit bulls living in the car lot for Upstate Motors. I believe this lot is owned and operated by Vallejo Motors.
They are currently locked in pens, freezing, living in feces. There has been no one to attend to them for days. We have called the sheriff to no avail.
We have already rescued 2 dogs from this lot several summers ago.
My neighbor and I have been dealing with this issue now for 3 years. THREE YEARS! She can see the lot from her house. There are multiple reports and calls to the sheriff, code enforcement dating back years. The sheriff was called last Saturday and nothing has been done as of today.
PLEASE HELP!

The alleyway next to the old post office/bordering the old Goodwill is over run with illegal dumping. The fence bordering that alley and the corner lot is falling down and not maintained. The lot is being used by PG and E at this point, but there is an owner of that lot and I've reported this fence many times. There are also pitbulls in the car lot bordering this alley. The car lot used to be an overflow lot run by Vallejo Motors. I've called/reported the pitbull issue many times to both code enforcement and the sheriff's office. The pitbulls are currently locked in a pen and I've not seen a human on that lot for weeks. In short, this area is a hot mess. Please please help us. It borders a very decent neighborhood and we are sick of it.
