Yes, Summit removed two homeowners fence gates (swinging out to the loop) since the grading of the loop kept us from being able to open the gates. They attempted to raise the gates, but decided to cut the bottom boards off to make them fit. Now that the ground has eroded (and continues to) we each have 12 inch gaps under our gates which our pets can escape from.

Can the City please rely as to the status of my request?
