Description

The intersection of Kneeland Rd and Hervey needs to be a 4-way stop sign intersection. There are numerous accidents at this intersection and even more close calls as people fly through stop signs regularly. These drivers assume the oncoming traffic on Kneeland has a stop sign, which they do not. If we can't have a regular (or even occasional) police car there to ticket people who ignore the stop signs, additional stop signs will help reduce the problem. There was yet another accident this morning (4/12/11) at this intersection while three young children waited for their school bus just a couple of yards away.
