Description

The Springs Cinema on 5920 Roswell Road Unit C103 opened an outdoor movie theater which projects the sound though loud speakers. This is scheduled 4 days/week Thursday-Sunday, during the hours of 8-11pm. The noise is a disturbance to neighboring residents. Outdoor movie theaters typically projects sound through car radio only.
