It would be nice if the county would empty this bin. Even nicer if our neighbors would stop dumping their garbage into our waterways. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

The location is known to be the La Roche Water - Way Trash Collector.

Wow. Still not emptied after a year of reporting. It is overfilled now. Bin does it’s job but not if it’s not emptied. Their must be someway to clean this runoff canal. Thousands of Parker’s drink cups floating nearby. I don’t believe that this bin has ever been emptied. I counted 8 basketballs , 4 footballs, 2 coolers sofa cushions etc..etc…

There has to be a way to clean this canal off the Herb Creek, I know plenty of volunteers if the county need help.
