Description
Signal at New Hope Rd/Buffaloe Road is not set properly for the overnight hours. It is remaining in the phase with only the NB through and exclusive left green. It takes quite a long time to cycle through all the phases as it runs all the exclusive phases in the ring to get to another call. At 4:30 this morning there were 7 cars waiting at this light and it took me over 90 seconds to get a green light.

In the meantime, Placed the phase in min re-call and adjusted times until the repair can be completed.
