Description

Squatter RV just set fire to his stuff in Lot M by the boat ramps. He spent 2 weeks living in Lot M then moved to 2 hr parking on southbound MIW, south of Maine for this past weekend. Now curb squatting in new clearly posted 2 hr parking 10pm to 10 am in same south Waterfront Park curb zone then moving back to Lot M til it closes. Now this, starting fires to burn trash, crap or whatever.
