Description
Frequently, an elderly homeless man in the attached picture is found sleeping at the bus stop for the route 2 at Plaza Drive. (both sides of the street). He was asked to move because he defecated at the bus stop. The police would not respond because he was moving away from the stop once told to move. The homeless person ran into the street into moving traffic which caused the police to respond because of that particular incident. This homeless person is frequently at bus stops and has been reported on many occasions. He seems to be mentally ill. Perhaps he is a good candidate for the Crestwood elder care facility here in Vallejo. Please ask someone to help get him into a facility as he is a danger to himself and others.

If that cannot be done, please explain why.
Perhaps weigh the cost of constant clean up vs. the cost of installing and maintaining a Porta Potty and Garbage can for him. Does this even sound right to suggest such a asinine idea? Such an idea would not solve the problem, it would only be palliative damage control.
