Description

There is a very large tree limb protruding over the fence from private property and at 2700 Tuolumne Street. I reported this limb approximately three years ago to no avail. I reported it AGAIN a couple of months ago and was unable to figure out how to undo the location for me so I am redoing it. The limb is getting heavier and it brushes the top of our motorhome a bit. As it gets heavier, it leans closer and closer down toward the street near where people walk and where people travel in their vehicles. What is the City waiting for? We on Valle Vista Avenue had a similar tree a number of years ago and I mailed a warning letter via USPS certified mail return receipt receipt requested to the City Attorney's office. We got no action then either. Finally, the limb gave way and fell on the car belonging to a neighbor's guest. I heard there was fallout due to the damage. I also gave my neighbor a copy of the above letter. What is the city waiting for? Personal property damaged? Someone getting hurt badly because that limb is extremely heavy and large.
